Last night President Obama made a speech from the Oval Office declaring an end to the war in Iraq. He stated that its time to turn the page, and focus on our economy. Operation Iraq freedom is now officially over. President Obama said all troops will be out of Iraq by the end of next year. Honestly, we should have never invaded Iraq in the first place. I respect President Obama for pulling the troops out of Iraq. I just hope that the Government that is in place in Iraq is strong enough to help sustain and rebuild their country.

I just heard some crazy stuff about this guy name Corey Fisher from Castle Hill Projects in The Bronx. Well apparently he scored 105 points in a NYC summer league torunament on August 7th. He currently plays for Villanova University. But he is getting in trouble because the basketball tournament where he scored 105 points was not approved by the NCAA. He is now facing being sanctioned for playing in the tournament. When you score a 105 points in a game and you make 26 Three Pointer you are definitely going to make some news.
